    The ladies of First Baptist Church have had many opportunities to learn more about the Lord, serve the Lord, and fellowship with one another through a variety of things.  Bible Studies ~ Each spring and fall there is a women's Bible study held.  These studies happen at two different times, afternoon and evening and usually run for at least six weeks.  Fellowship ~ Secret Prayer Sisters is a wondeful opportunity to pray for women in the church.  However, these are only a couple of the things women in our church have done.  There are other opportunities for the women: Lunch for birthdays, Bible conference, Meals of Mercy, Wedding Showers to name a few. 

Women love to get together!  In today’s culture women long for connection with others and may be desperately lonely.  It may seem amazing that with the access to today’s communication technologies that any one would be lonely. However, we all need personal, face-to-face contact.

It is our goal to minister to women in our church and community in various ways to help them develop friendships and grow spiritually. Please take a few moments to look over this flyer to see which opportunities from which you may choose to participate and get to know others better.
